Nature has some wonderful delicate colours. Below the delicate pink of Shining Cranesbill, Geranium lucidum.
Next, collection of daisy, speedwell and pignut flowers
And here the speedwell in more detail.
Germander speedwell, Veronica chamaedrys
And finally the delicate green and whites of cow parsley.
Cow parsely, Anthriscus sylvestris
Beautiful photographs. I love these flowers and the bees love the cranesbill. However, my cranesbill has just passed its delicate phase and gone on its smothering, procreation phase. Now I have to set down to cull it and rescue whatever is underneath it. Amelia

That sounds like my red campion which when it finishes flowering I will need to thin too😊

So lovely and so delicate – wonderful choices, MM! I love them all, but the little Veronica was always my favourite as a child. Maybe a bit because I loved my grandmother, and in Swedish the flower is called Grandma’s glasses. Beautiful photos all of them. Cow parsely is a dream.
