Books
How to make a wildlife garden – Chris Banes: While it was published in 2000 there is still lots of useful and relevant information.
Successful Organic Gardening – Geoff Hamilton: No longer in print but available second-hand. I particularly like the vegetable section of this book.
Complete Fruit Book – Bob Flowerdew: No longer in print but available second-hand.
The Complete Book of Vegetables, Herb and Fruit: The Definitive Sourcebook to Growing, Harvesting and Cooking Vegetables – Matthew Biggs, Jekka McVicar & Bob Flowerdew: Available from Amazon. Includes most of the Complete Fruit book above so don’t buy both!
How to grow food in your polytunnel all year round – Mark Gatter & Andy McKee: Good reference.
How to grow winter vegetables – Charles Dowding : Good advice on how to extend your growing season
The Fruit Tree handbook – Ben Pike: Good advise on planting and caring for fruit trees
Love how you organized your blog-really well thought out and easy to find things:-)
