Wild Garlic

Would you call the smell of wild garlic “perfume“? Probably not! But it is a beautiful flower.

I think it smells nice. And it sure tastes nice. I grow some in my garden and not only is it beautiful, but we just had some yesterday. Green leafs chopped into fresh curd to go with boiled potatoes – hmmm

We have a little in garden but I want it to get better established before I start harvesting – but do take a few leaves to nibble on!!
