I have been trying to capture some bees this week, but they are very busy and it has also been a bit breezy so difficult to get that lovely sharp shot.
I do take a lot of bee photos and just show the ones that work out. I find some bees are also busier than others. Early bumblebees I find particularly hard to capture as despite being small they appear to be extra fast
Here in the west of Ireland some bees seems to have adapted to the rain – particularly the common carder bees. If it is not too heavy and the day is warm they work away.
What a beautiful bee Karina 💛

Beautiful! We saw some very wet, bee-draggled bees the other day in a flower garden. I had thought they did not go out in the rain.

Ooh, what a special bee. It does look bigger than others; is that the case and was it in your garden? What a find!
