I think you are right, he’s probably looking at the peanut feeder (very close by) and telling the great tit it is his turn now (the great tits are a bit bossy and like to take possession of the feeder)
At the moment we have about five coal tits and a few great tits, and also about two blue tits. The coal tits are the most lively, they all feed on the feeder.
