    I was hoping to be able to take a similar photo to this, but the voles appear to have eaten our anemones over the winter. We have plenty of wild garlic though.

      I wonder if the wild garlic is to garlicky for them! Photo was taken in our friend’s wood which is looking amazing at the moment.

      Not really , or at least I don’t think so – both woodland plants. The anemones will flower before the garlic so gets a head start.
