Yesterday we had a lovely walk. It was so still (quite unusual for the west of Ireland) and there was the most amazing sky. Will do post later in the week on the walk but for now enjoy the view.
Thank you Marija. Yes, I have heard the term ‘mackerel’ sky too – whether from here or my time in Norfolk I’m not sure. I think the technical term is ‘cirrocumulus’.
Simply beautiful photo…I’m not sure, but I think here in Norfolk that would be described as a ‘mackerel sky’ 🙂
